- All content, unless otherwise stated, is owned by Arc Software Consultancy Limited and protected under copyright law.
- All rights, title, and interest in and to the software—including source code, object code, design elements, features, and documentation—are owned by Arc Software Consultancy or it’s licensors.
- The software is protected by copyright laws, international treaties, and other intellectual property laws. No ownership rights are transferred to the user under this agreement.
- The user is granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the software solely for its intended purpose, subject to the terms and conditions outlined herein.

5. Termination
- We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts violating these terms.
- Upon termination, access to restricted content will be revoked.

- Access to the website and its restricted content is generally available during UK business hours (09:00–17:00 GMT/BST), Monday to Friday.
- We do not guarantee uninterrupted service and are not liable for any losses arising from service downtime. Availability may be affected by technical issues, maintenance, or circumstances beyond our control.
- The restoration of a database backup in the event of a technical issue will result in lost data. Users are responsible for ensuring that they are able to replace data themselves.
- We reserve the right to limit or suspend access at any time for operational, security, or legal reasons, with or without prior notice.
